As a UX Designer at Metro.Digital, I was responsible for designing the Article Composer, a powerful web application aimed at simplifying the creation and management of product packages for a diverse group of users—Metro employees, transport and delivery teams, storage admins, shop managers, and B2B clients. The platform brought proper governance to processes that previously relied on disconnected tools and manual interventions. It also enabled seamless integration with Metro’s core administrative, management, and transport systems, connecting internal and international communities and all Metro online shops across different countries.

As a UX Designer at Metro.Digital, I was assigned to design a web application for the Human Resources department, aiming to boost employee engagement by rewarding proactive behavior and participation in company activities. The core idea was to create a points-based system that motivates colleagues to get involved and exchange their earned points for real-life rewards.
