As a UX Designer at Metro.Digital, I was responsible for designing the Article Composer, a powerful web application aimed at simplifying the creation and management of product packages for a diverse group of users—Metro employees, transport and delivery teams, storage admins, shop managers, and B2B clients. The platform brought proper governance to processes that previously relied on disconnected tools and manual interventions. It also enabled seamless integration with Metro’s core administrative, management, and transport systems, connecting internal and international communities and all Metro online shops across different countries.

Metro Cash & Carry operates over 680 large warehouse stores across 24 countries. Each location has unique tax regulations and sales policies, making the checkout process inconsistent and inefficient. Additionally, the outdated cash register system caused long queues, user frustration, and a low comfort level for cashiers.
